Sponsorships & Donations

Ahead of the Sparkle Weekend 2026

Thank you to everyone who has supported Sparkle this year - you have made it possible for us to continue our mission and bring joy to our community.

There are many ways in which organisations have contributed towards Sparkle Charity, not all being financial:

  • Financial sponsorships

  • Given gifts in kind

  • Provided administrative support

  • Lent community assets and equipment

  • Provided volunteer hours

  • Planned fundraisers or raffles

  • People who we have provided with EDI training

  • Worked with on partnerships and projects

  • Fed our volunteers

Email sponsorship@sparkle.org.uk to discuss options to support our grassroots charity.

A tough financial Climate

Politics, trans rights, and our real lives

In recent years, Sparkle - like many other trans charities - has seen a slowing of sponsorships and donations.

We are still asking for vital funds in 2026, in order to continue the amazing work that we're doing and to continue to reach out to new areas of work, which meet the needs of real trans people every day.

Whether it's a social worker who is trying to support a trans client, a HR manager trying to influence a company's processes and policies, or a mother desperate to support their child in transition.

We want to be there for you, or bring you together with services which offer you the wellbeing, support and advice you need in the moment.

Support from individuals, local organisations, and corporate businesses, no matter how big or small, will make a difference. So whether it is a bake sale at work, running a marathon, a drag bingo fundraiser, monthly donations, or sponsorships, we need your help and allyship more than ever.

We are eager to hear from you, to build a better future and to make a difference to trans and gender diverse people in your community.

"We want to show our support once again for our trans and non-binary community and reaffirm support for our trans and non-binary staff.  Visibility and demonstrable commitment to this community is vital, especially at a time when there are multiple threats to the community and the existence of trans and gender diverse people across the globe and here in the UK.  We want to do what we can to show that those voices do not speak for us in our affiliation and allyship to the community."
