We are a community-led organisation and ensure accessibility is embedded into our events, digital platforms, and communications. We aim for a consistent, supportive environment where people know what to expect and feel able to engage in ways that work for them.
Event Accessibility
• Step-free access wherever possible
• Accessible toilets including disabled facilities
• Clearly marked accessible routes and signage
• Quiet and wellbeing spaces available
• Trained volunteers on site to support attendees
• Consideration of sensory needs in layout and programming
• Stage ramps and gradients will be confirmed directly with all artists ahead of the event
Neurodivergent Access & Sensory Spaces
• Sensory spaces: 10:30am – 12:00pm (Saturday & Sunday)
• Sanctuary space: 12:00pm – 5:00pm (Saturday & Sunday)
