Join the Sparkle Team

Sparkle – The National Transgender Charity are looking for highly motivated, committed and team focused individuals

to help support a core team of Trustees. We currently have several positions available, with particular expertise in mind;

Youth and Family Co-ordinator // Diversity and Inclusion // Stage/Arts and Production // Legal Consultant

We are also looking at recruiting a Charity Secretary.

Don't worry if you have never been a Trustee before, we have a development plan for all new recruits to ease them

into the role and to start development as an individual and as part of a team right away.  If this sounds like

the perfect opportunity for you to shine? Then please apply using the Trustee Application below and someone

will be in touch with you shortly.

If a trustee position isn't for you, but you would like to bring fun, dedication and positivity to a large volunteer team then we still need you! We have over 250 volunteer shifts each year helping with the Sparkle Weekend, National and Local Pride Events, Fundraising Initiatives, Corporate Engagements and Training, Panel Discussions, Brand Ambassadors and Diversity Champions.

 We are always busy, always seeking more opportunities to support and develop a better future for Trans and Gender Variant people across society and we need plenty of vibrant personalities, regardless of Age, Gender, Trans Status, Identity, Sexual Orientations, Race, Faith or Beliefs. If this sounds like you? Then please apply using the Volunteer Application

below and someone will be in touch with you shortly.
