The aim of the competition is to find the best all round tranny in the UK: the person that puts in that real effort to look as good as possible and is able to create that truly feminine persona.
The winning prize includes a make-over and photo-shoot with Transfixed, to be undertaken on Sparkle Sunday in Manchester. (A selection of photos to be featured in TV Repartee magazine.)
