Rules for Entry
- To enter you must be a male to female transgender person. Entries from genetically born females will not be accepted.
- Failure to disclose accurate information or the inclusion of deliberately misleading information with your entry will result in disqualification.
- Entries from persons working in the adult entertainment industry or from persons with escort listings will not be accepted.
- Entries received after the closing date (Friday 25th June) will not be accepted.
- All entries must be accompanied by a completed application form and a photograph. Photographs must be of a reasonable quality, showing your face and to a maximum file size of 500 kb, failure to comply with this could result in your entry being returned or not being accepted.
- Entrants from previous years Miss Sparkle/Golden Sparkle/TOTY pageants will be accepted but the winners of each category in previous years may not enter again.
- If we receive more than the maximum 30 entries then a draw will take place to see which girls take part in the final at Sparkle 2010. No correspondence will be entered into with those who are not selected as finalists.
- All finalists will be notified by email (unless other means of contact has been given) once any draw has taken place and entries closed. Finalists must respond to this email to accept their place in the final line up.
- Finalists will need to be available to attend the Sparkle launch party and be presented with their competitors sashes on Friday 9th July anytime between 8pm and 10pm, at AXM Bar. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
- The winner must be available on Sparkle Sunday for the make-over and photo-shoot with Transfixed in Manchester.
- All prizes are non-exchangeable and must be claimed before 31st August 2010.
- Sparkle, Translife and Leah True reserve the right to make changes to formats, changes to competition rules and/or the cancellation of some or all parts of the competition without giving notice.
